Catch up

Our camera stopped working on Caydence's birthday, so I've had to mooch Danny's mom's camera to update our blog.  I've got a bunch of old posts, so I'm almost all caught up.  Read below if you'd like to see what we've been up to.

HE DID IT!!!

On Friday, May 1st Danny graduated for Weber State University with a bachelors degree in Business Finance.  It was such a great day!!  I am so excited to have my husband back again!!  He has been working full time the whole time he's been going to school, and has quite a lot on his plate.  We are so proud of him!

It was also my mom's birthday, so we had a little party that night, complete with party hats :)

You wouldn't even believe how hard it is to get 2 babies looking at you, smiling, AND swinging together!!  So this was the best shot :)

First Pigtails with all of her hair!

I've been feeling recently like Caydence's hair is just always a mess.  It is so long!!  I never know what to do with it.  I tried these pigtails, and they were very cute, but the second she went in the stroller or the car seat, they were all messed up!  And for those of you who know my OCD, you know I just CANNOT have that, so I guess we'll wait a little while before these will work.

After about 50 tries, and chasing Caydence all around the house, this is about the best picture I got.

So I caved...

So I have been planning this trip for Danny's graduation for almost a month now, and he had no idea.  I booked the flights, hotel, etc, and kept it a secret.  I thought surprising him the day we left would be so much fun!

So anyways, I was with all the girls for girl's night during priesthood session, and they convinced me that I should tell him.  He has been really stressed thinking about finals and everything, and working all the while.  So I decided to let him know.  I was really bummed that it won't be a surprise, but it has really lifted his spirits, and I have been DYING to talk to him about it!!!

So for those of you who don't know...............we're going to NEW YORK!!

CAYDENCE IS ONE!!!

I can't believe that my little girl is one!  The time has just flown by.  She is the happiest, funnest girl.  She has been a joy and such a great baby.  We love you Caydence!!
